Problem Note 53187: Project creation in a high-latency environment fails with "ERROR: File VARPRJ.MODEL.DATA does not exist"
If you are running SAS® OpRisk VaR in a high-latency environment, there can be processing failures when you attempt to create a new project. (Latency refers to a time interval between when a change is made and when the change actually occurs in the system.) These failures occur because an upper bound retry threshold has been exceeded. The following error is generated:
ERROR: File VARPRJ.MODEL.DATA does not exist.
